If you are talking about the oldest civilization, it’s China.
But if you are just referring to the oldest country (not considering the people), well Iran/Iraq and Egypt are older than China and India, both of them go back to 10′000 BC. India and China are around 7′000 BC. you can even add Turkey to your list, Çatalhöyük.
But generally speaking of who is exactly the oldest is not really possible.
Edit: according to this History of Tamil Nadu article, India’s history is older than what I mentioned and it is for 10′000 BC. So as I mentioned before we can’t determine the “oldest” country, but China is still the oldest real “civilization”.
