2、u forgot 秦始皇Qinshihuang. Yes, he was considered as a cruel tyrant, he burnt a lot of precious scribes and killed many scholars. However, in my opinion China as we know it might not even exist with out him! Needlessly to say, he defeated the 6 other warring states and established the unified China under Qin. He also standardized the writing system, measuring system, axel of carts and currency. He built the great wall of China, the Linqu canal as well as many roads all across China. He reconstructed the political system which favoured the farmers instead of rich merchants. Therefore, i think he definitely deserves to be on this list. 漢高祖劉邦Gaozu of Han- LIubang on the other hand shouldn’t be on this list as one of the great, I consider him to be a coward compared to his enemy 項羽Xiangyu, a sworn brother of his which he betrayed. After the war ended and 劉邦Gaozu of Han defeated 項羽Xiangyu he even allowed his wife to accuse 韓信Hanxin of treason and kill him (韓信Hanxin is the most important general that helped him win the war). Yes he treated people well but anyone can do that. The one thing i hate the most about him is that when Xiangyu captured LIubang’s father forcing Liubang to surrender. Liubang told Xiangyu that since they are sworn brothers, if Xiangyu killed his dad it would be the same as killing Xiangyu’s own dad. Being a honourable man Xiangyu was he let LIubang’s dad go… According the the Chinese moral and ethical system, we should put the well being of our elders especially parents above all else, but Liubang risked the life of his own father just to win a war for me that is intolerable..
