feel like with skyline and skyscrapers New York will be on top for VERY long time. I know there a lot more cities that areand will be better looking with taller skyscrapers, but so much of what their doing is unnecessary. A lot of their creations arejust to say “I have the tallest building”or “my skyline is the best”. New York doesn’t have that. All buildings serve a purpose.They have historical significance and reasons for being there which can be seen and felt when you are in the city, not justlooking at pictures or videos, like a lot of these “futuristic” Chinese cities. That being said, the future for Chinese cities isbright but won’t really benefit the larger majority of the population, who are ultimately poor

I’ve been to shanghai super futuristic at parts bust still traditional at other parts. One thing I like about the city or maybechina as a whole is they have many beautiful rivers and they actu ally use them for public transportation. I took a 20 minpublic boat ride across the river for only 1 RMB which is around 0.14 USD! and the views are spectacular!
