Does China have internet?

Ricky

No we don’t have internet in China and I am using my spiritual power to answer this question without internet connection.

In case the OP does not appreciate my sarcasm,

not only we do have internet in China, we are doing great with it!

10 biggest internet companies worldwide as of May 2017

JD also made it to top 10, so 4 out of the 10 largest internet companies are in China

Who ever had to ask this question is STUPID, STUPID STUPID STUPID STUPID!!!!!

no ,China was in primitive society

Jan Drabner

I keep wondering who is asking these questions. Does China have internet? Why is China a bad country?

Is the question itself sarcasm?

Is it meant to upset people?

Do people with that level of ignorance really exist?

There are whole all those quite ridiculous ones come from…

Daliang

i suspect it comes from indian

I wrote this comment in Hangzhou, China, and did not use VPN. I think I’m using spiritual power to talk with you.

REN

NO, China is very poor, and she can’t afford to have internet.

Then you might be wondering how can I answer your question without internet?

Because we have starbucks, McDonalds ect that are originally from other rich countries and they offer free internet, so what we do?

We order starbucks and sit inside. Such a nice feeling to enjoy a drink while answering your question!

I don’t know why people have to ask stupid questions of course China has internet. What hole did that person come from. I’m sure there are places, very few that may not have it. But we live in a technological world, I mean come on China has come up with some of the better technological advances even more than the U.S. I don’t blame for answering with sarcasm, because that was one of the dumbest questions . Seeing that question there makes me want to send it to Danny Burke the youtuber that does the top 10 dumb tweets. He needs to do a top 10 Quora questions

YW TanNov

Why are there more and more stupid questions on Quora? And why are there more and more people don’t read through the questions they asked hence making themselves looked stupid? If the wrong question is asked, stupid ones included, the answer does not matter anymore. Garbage in, garbage out.

People who ask such questions are usually people who have never been to China. Many foreigners who have not been to China always think China just like Chinese 1980s:Poor ,backward, low Education level, etc

Most foreigners don’t really know how developed China is now, but some people do know it and just don’t want to admit it.Especially in southeast Asia, the Chinese have really boosted their tourism industry, however,Chinese people are often discriminated against when they travel there(sorrry ,just my own experience not everybody).May be it just like that a poor neighbor or relatives make a fortune suddenly

I have just spent a week in some of the major cities in China. It is an amazing modern advanced society with wonderful people. Everybody seems to have a good quality smartphone. They are way more advanced than the west in many ways.

China is definitely taking the lead in terms of mobile payment, which means you can do your grocery shopping or eating in a restaurant without bringing your wallet or any cash at all. there’s basically nothing you can’t buy with your cellphone.

That should give you some ideas about how’s the Internet doing in China 🙂

No, we don’t.

We Chinese have no access to internet. People can communicate only with mails and letters. Years ago, a friend of mine wrote me a letter in which he asked me a question “does China have internet?”. Instantly, i wrote him back and asked the post office to send their best riders and horses to deliver my message.

But my poor friend died before receiving my letter. I felt great pity for the guy who ask the question.
