Probably this question should be changed into :“why many indians choose to become CEOs of American F500 companies。”

There are 115 Chinese companies,51 Japanese companies and 15 Korean companies in Fortune Global 500. Their CEOs are all Chinese,Japanese,and korean. Over a fifth of the CEOs are Chinese, and a third of the CEOs come from East Asia.

So I guess you are mainly concerned in American Companies, That’s Probably because only 7 Indian companies are listed in F500. almost nothing for the Indian CEOs working for.

So here is a question you shall ask instead. why do the great Indian CEOs have to work for the United States? Why aren’t the other Asian countries replicate this failure of the Indian Nation?

However here, you considered Indians’s working for foreign companies a success.If they start a business or are the leaders of an industry, it is understandable, and we should be proud of him, but the CEO in your mouth only serves foreign capital and is essentially an employment relationship.

Chinese are mostly concerned to provide employement in their own country rather than serving in developed nations as a CEO which cannot attribute much in curbing unemployment in their own country.They will focus on whether they can let Chinese products go abroad and promote the development of their own economy.

Real strength of country depends on what its national achieve in their own country rather than counting 90–100 people success as national pride.

Indians have a slave mentality. Since time immemorial we have been enslaved, first by the Islamic rulers, and then by the Britishers, now it is the American tech giants. They love being slaves. They love working for American companies, because they don’t want to risk it, they play it safe, so instead of innovating, instead of creating anything new, they get settled for foreign companies, they start toiling for their American masters.

On the one hand, we send talents to Europe and the United States and work for them, while our country has not received any development dividends; On the other hand, relying on its innovation and originality, China has cultivated a large number of talents and created many influential enterprises, such as Huawei, Alibaba, Xiaomi and so on.

不妨做个对比,一方面,我们为欧美输送人才,为他们效力,而我们本国没得到一点发展的红利;另一方面,中国依靠其具有创新性和独创性,培养了大量人才,创建了诸多有影响力的企业,例如华为、阿里、小米等等。
