I have lived in both countries. The following is my personal experience. Compare the basic situation I have seen in the two countries, and you will understand that you should settle in that country.

I don’t know what your purpose of moving abroad is, for work or study? But anyway, you have to earn money to make a living, so in this regard, China is your best choice.
我不知道你移居国外的目的是什么，为了工作还是学习？但是无论如何，你都要挣钱谋生，所以从这个方面来说，中国是你的最佳选择。
Although China’s current economic situation is not as good as that of a few years ago, it is the only country in the world where all categories and industries can prosper and develop. Benchmark enterprises in various industries provide many high paying jobs and opportunities. India may also have a large market, but most industries have a backward foundation and can’t digest too many talents. China has a great demand for people with higher education. In the next few years, China’s economy will climb to the peak again because of its complete industrial system and huge market.
虽然中国现在的经济状况不及前几年，但却是全世界唯一全品类、各行业都能繁荣发展的国家，各个行业的标杆企业提供了诸多高薪工作和机遇。印度的市场可能也挺大，但大部分行业基础落后，消化不了太多人才，中国则对受过高等教育的人有很大的需求，在未来几年，中国的经济将因其完整的产业体系和庞大的市场再攀高峰。
In a foreign country, if you don’t want your family to worry, stay in a safe place.
身在异国他乡，如果你不想让你的家人担心，那就呆在一个安全的地方。
According to a United Nations report, 3% of every 100000 unnatural deaths in India are caused by murder every year, while in China, the probability is much lower. Here, you can go out freely anytime and anywhere. The business hours of most shops, shopping centers, restaurants and entertainment places in China are very friendly.
根据联合国的一份报告，印度每年每十万非自然死亡案例中就有3%是由谋杀引起的，而在中国，这个概率就要低得多，在这里，你可以随时随地的自由外出，中国大多数商店、购物中心餐馆和娱乐场所的营业时间都非常友好。
When I was in college in China, I remember going home after the “International Student Association” in the early morning. At that time, there was a public bus. The driver was very friendly to me. We watched the night scene and chatted. The atmosphere was very warm.
在中国上大学时，我记得凌晨在“国际学生联谊会”结束后回家，那时候还有公共巴士，司机师傅对我很友好，我们看着夜景聊着天，气氛非常温馨。
If you are in India, you can’t imagine the scene of women riding alone. How much courage it takes! After all, compared with the rape cases and cultural environment in India, China is quite friendly to women (my Chinese classmate said that China’s bride price is very high, ha ha). If you want to live a safe and fast life and don’t be afraid of your personal safety, don’t go to India. Some big cities in Africa are much better than this.
如果在印度，你难以想象妇女独自乘车的场景，这需要多么大的勇气！毕竟与印度的强奸案例和文化环境相比，中国对女性相当友好（我的中国同学说中国的聘礼非常高哈哈），如果你想过上安全快捷的生活，不用为自己的人身安全担惊受怕，那就不要去印度，非洲一些大城市都比这要好得多。

Now I want to talk about public health, which is very important. China’s medical insurance coverage has reached 96.8%. Although we are foreigners and can’t enjoy such preferential medical insurance policies, the price of medical services in China is much lower than that in western countries. If there is no particularly serious disease, you can afford it, and the medical level is also very good. There is a people’s Hospital in every city here.
下面我要谈一下公共卫生情况，这很重要。中国的医保覆盖率达到了96.8%，虽然我们是外国人，享受不了这么优惠的医保政策，但中国的医疗服务价格要比西方国家低得多，没有特别大的疾病的话，你完全可以负担得起，而且医疗水平也很不错，在这里，每个城市都有一座人民医院。
In India, the situation is much worse. Among the top 1000 hospitals in the world, there are 84 in China, while there are only 9 in India, and the medical facilities are not perfect. If you are seriously ill and do not have certain medical conditions, you can only listen to your fate.
而在印度，情况要糟糕得多，世界医院排名前1000强中，中国有84家，而印度只有9家，医疗设施也并不完善，如果你得了重病，没有一定规格的医疗条件，那你只能听天由命了。
At the same time, India’s basic sanitation equipment and tap water system are not perfect, leading to the breeding of infectious diseases such as HIV and malaria. Although India has promoted the “toilet revolution” a few years ago, the phenomenon of defecation everywhere is still very embarrassing.
同时印度的基础卫生设备和自来水系统也不完善，导致这里HIV和疟疾等传染病到处滋生，虽然印度前几年在推动“厕所革命”，但是随地便溺的现象还是随处可见，这太令人尴尬了。

India has special feelings for the Ganges River, but can you imagine that when Indians drink the Ganges River to celebrate the ceremony, someone is shitting inside?
印度对恒河有着特殊的感情，但你可以想象就在印度人痛饮恒河水举行庆祝仪式的时候，有人正在里边方便吗？
As a foreigner, I would like to emphasize with you that in China, dealing with people is very simple, as long as you do what you should do. In contrast, I once went to the local police station in New Delhi, India to register and apply for a residence permit. In full view of the public, the policeman even started to do something with me. After I filled out the form, he also hinted that I would give some tips. After harassing me, I would also like me to give tips. This kind of thing can only happen in India.
作为一名外籍人士，我要和你强调，在中国，和人打交道很简单，只要做你应该做的事就可以了。对比之下，曾经我到印度新德里的当地警察局做登记，办理居留许可，在众目睽睽之下，那个警察竟然对我动手动脚，在我填好表格之后，他还暗示我要给一些小费，骚扰完我还要我给小费，这种事也只能发生在印度了。
There are many uncomfortable scenes. For example, in grocery stores, you may face overcharging. Internet payment in India is not developed. Here, after shopping, Indian grocery store owners are likely to return your change in kind rather than cash (such as chewing gum).
这种让人不舒服的场景还有很多，比如在杂货店，你可能面临着乱收费的情况，印度的互联网支付并不发达，在这里，买完东西后，印度杂货店老板很可能会以实物而不是现金（如口香糖）抵扣应退还零钱。
